Yesterday afternoon Emily and I went to our Horse Co-op. It was the first time that we had been back for many months.Emily had a wonderful time meeting Skeeter for the first time. Last year Emily was thrown from a horse and had to take a trip to the hospital in the ambulance. Once she got to the hospital and had the full spectrum of tests ran they found out she was fine. It was only her Mother who almost had the heart attack. Smile. The night before this happened, both Emily and I had a dream about something happening to her. I dreamed that she got hurt and had to be taken to he hospital in an ambulance and she had a dream that she got thrown from a horse. Strange…. Needless to say Emily has only been on a horse once since then and the more she has thought about it she has been a little uneasy about getting back on a horse for another time. Little by little she is overcoming her fears and has shown a desire to start working with horses once more. She is getting used to being around them again as she practices leading them. She has said that one day she would like to start a Therapeutic Riding center for disabled people.
