At a Holy Experience we are counting 1000 blessings in 2012. This week I am choosing to count the blessings that my Mother has brought into my life.

258. Her laughter
259. Her smile
260. Her generosity.
261. She persevered when others would have given in.
262. She loves me.
263. She puts others first.
264. She taught us to love Jesus.
265. She made sure I had a good education.
266. She is the best cook ever.
267. She earned an A for me on my high school Home Economics sewing project. 🙂
268. Her patience
269. Her ability to forgive.

What blessings has your Mom brought into your life?

One of my most precious memories of my mother was seeing her at the breakfast table each morning, Bible and Our Daily Bread opened, having her devotions and praying for each of our family members. Beautiful list.

Love the teacups, the one I have, is it from the same set? So beautiful!

My mom is also my best friend. She has always been there for me, encourages me, is a wonderful Nana to my kids and a beautiful example of the love of Christ. I am so thankful for her.

Thank you for the kind comments everyone!

Jenifer~The teacup you have is from a different set. I collect them from everywhere. I believe I got your cup from an antique store.

Beautiful list, Shari. My grandma has teacups like those. I would always stand by her china cabinet and admire them when I would visit her!
