Jacinda Vandenberg from Growing Home has released a new eBook titled,
Growing Your Blog While Managing Your Home: The Ultimate Guide for Christian Mommy Bloggers
If I had to give this eBook a grade it would receive and A+. This eBook is filled with a wealth of knowledge. It starts out by putting first things, by learning to prioritize what should be important in our lives.
1. God
2. Spouse
3. Children
4. House
5. Blog
Jacinda will challenge all her readers to look at their lives and see what they are spending the majority of their time on. When our main priorities become out of order, Jacinda gives us the nudge that we all need from time to time to adjustment our focus and put it back onto the things God has called us to do.
She also gives wonderful advice on how to set daily schedules that help keep those prioritizes in line. She realizes that the schedules are not stuck in stone, but rather a guide line to go by to keep your household running smoothly.
One of the most important things that caught my attention in this book is that, she admits, she doesn’t try to do it all. Oh, how I loved this! Finally someone who was real about what actually happens during their day.
She is down to earth and very humble as she opens her heart about what is important for her to accomplish in a given day. She doesn’t make bread, she doesn’t can, she doesn’t sew, along with various other things. The reason for this is, she wants to focus her attention on what’s most important in her life during this season. Which is taking care of her husband, her young children, and her household.
The second part of this wonderful eBook deals with blogging. Jacinda discusses things such as having important content in your blog, as well as a good design. She also discusses great ways to grow and monetize your blog. These ideas range from, link parties, guest posting, and using social media wisely. I found the section on monetization very helpful as she discussed joining affiliate programs, having advertisers on your blog, as well as writing eBooks.
There is so much information in Growing Your Blog While Managing Your Home: The Ultimate Guide for Christian Mommy Bloggers. I promise you that you will not be disappointed if you purchase this book. It is a valuable recourse that every blogger needs to have. This week only this eBook is on sale for $3.99, don’t miss out!
