Slowly add sugar and blend, making sure that you scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Whisk eggs and vanilla together, slowly add to butter mixture. Slowly add dry ingredients mixing at a low speed. By hand mix in chocolate chips and toffee. Form dough into small, golf ball sized balls, place in freezer to chill. Once the dough has chilled remove from freezer and place on cookie sheet. Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes. Recipe makes 3 dozen.
