Welcome to “Leaving a Legacy“.
The term leaving a legacy became near and dear to my heart, back in 2007, when I gave my testimony at a Mother’s Day tea at my church. In 2008, I launched my blog for the purpose of sharing family experiences and how God was working in my life through having breast cancer.
On November 10, 2010, I was diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer……a life changing moment……
“Go home to your people and report to them what great things the Lord has done for you, and how He had mercy on you.” Acts 4:19
Throughout this past year, the Lord has placed on my heart the desire to make sure, I tell others of the great things He has done in my life and that He is glorified throughout my experiences, in word and my everyday walk with Him. Keeping this in mind, I am taking the step to move back to my blogging, where I can glorify His name through every day struggles and triumphs in life. It is my desire that I would leave a Godly legacy to my children, and my children’s children. It is also my prayer that I will be an encouragement to you when you stop by, and challenge you to become legacy builders for future generations to come.
